How will I know that your programs will work for me?

We offer a free, one-hour consultation in which you will experience our methodology and we will have the opportunity to see if what we do is right for you. If, after the consultation, we find that your needs fall outside our scope of practice, we will refer you to the appropriate medical, wellness, or fitness professional.  If you are a perfect match, we will give you a report and recommendation for how to proceed.

How often do I need to come to MyoTopia? 

That depends on your needs and goals. Initially, your visits may be weekly or multiple times a week. As you progress, you may only need to come in monthly or quarterly. It really depends on your needs, how you use you body, and how you want to use our expertise.

Do you provide physical therapy?

We are not physical therapists. We do, however, provide a range of customized exercises that can help you bridge the gap between physical therapy and returning to normal activity.

What do I need to do to get ready for my first appointment?

You will be emailed a health history form. It is critical that you complete the document and return it to us prior to your appointment. This will help us prepare for your visit and make the best use of our time together.

What should I wear to my first appointment?

Wear comfortable clothes that allow free motion of your body. Future appointments may require workout clothing, but not the first session. We will certainly let you know.

Do you take/bill insurance?

No we do not. If your insurance policy reimburses you for non-medical fitness or wellness services, we will provide you with a copy of your invoice so that you may submit it for reimbursement.
