How much range of motion (ROM) is good enough? Whether it's hamstrings or hip flexors or pecs, how loose should your muscles be? How flexible should your joints be? How can you work best with your body's individual anatomy? This workshop will help you experience the multiple factors that determine your current and potential range of motion. We will look at many strategies to alter your range of motion. If you want or need more ROM, you'll have a strategy to create customized, progressive motion enhancing exercises.
